These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of legacyinfull.com and services offered by Adept Vision LLC, doing business as Legacy in Full.
Agreement to these Terms
By using our website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a service, providing project materials, or opting in to communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you enter into a separate written project agreement with us, that agreement will control if it conflicts with these general Terms.
Our services
Legacy in Full offers guided interviews, documentary and legacy-film production, media organization and restoration, private viewing experiences, keepsake markers, and related family-story services. Descriptions and starting prices on the website are informational. Final scope, schedule, travel, deliverables, revisions, fees, and payment terms may be set out in a proposal, invoice, or project agreement.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary permissions, and materials you are authorized to use. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, captions, factual statements, and final approvals supplied for a project.
Customer materials and permissions
You retain ownership of photographs, recordings, documents, stories, and other materials you provide, subject to any rights held by others. You grant us a limited license to copy, edit, process, restore, host, and deliver those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services and exercise rights granted in a project agreement.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the materials you provide and for the people whose likeness, voice, or personal story is included. We may decline or remove material that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe.
Optional generative AI features
Some packages may offer optional generative-AI-assisted storytelling, restoration, visualization, or creative enhancement. We will describe the intended use and obtain project approval before including material that represents an artistic interpretation rather than a historical record. Generative output may contain errors or invented details and must be reviewed by the customer. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, AI-assisted content is not represented as authentic historical footage or verified fact.
Family Vault pilot and legal documents
Family Vault is an in-development founding-family pilot. It may allow customers to store or organize copies of legacy letters, advance directives, living wills, service wishes, contact information, or document-location notes. Legacy in Full does not draft, witness, notarize, modify, validate, interpret, or provide legal advice about these documents.
The Family Vault is not a substitute for an attorney, medical provider, government registry, fiduciary, emergency service, or legally required original document. Customers remain responsible for executing valid documents, keeping originals where required, naming authorized decision-makers, maintaining current copies, and ensuring appropriate people know how to access them.
SMS Terms
Program identity and purpose. If you separately opt in to SMS, you agree to receive text messages from Legacy in Full, a DBA of Adept Vision LLC. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment reminders, project or service updates, and customer-care communications. Marketing messages will be sent only where the applicable consent supports them.
Consent. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and applies only to the number you provide through an approved opt-in method. Providing a telephone number by itself does not constitute SMS consent.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and project activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. You may also revoke consent through any reasonable method, including contacting us by email or phone. We will honor valid opt-out requests as required by law.
Help. Reply HELP for help, email support@legacyinfull.com, or call 763-291-6129.
Delivery. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, or network conditions.

Website use
Website content, branding, layouts, original text, and design are owned by or licensed to Adept Vision LLC and may not be copied, sold, or commercially exploited without permission. You may use the site for lawful personal or business inquiries. You may not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens our systems, or impersonate another person.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but website content may change and may contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adept Vision LLC disclaims implied warranties regarding the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Service-specific remedies, cancellation rights, warranties, and liability limits may be stated in an applicable project agreement.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
